When you access the website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website and is not combined with other data. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technical operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you contact us via the email addresses provided, we process the information you share (e.g. name, email address and the content of your enquiry) in order to respond to it. We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.
When you request a report via the form on our reports page, we process the data you provide — salutation, first name, surname and email address — as well as the time of your consent and the version of this policy in force at that time. Sign-up uses the double opt-in procedure: you first receive an email with a confirmation link, and only after you confirm do we send you the report. The purpose is to provide the requested report and the associated contact. The legal basis is your explicit, prior and informed consent ("autorización previa, expresa e informada", Ley 1581 de 2012; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you additionally agree to receive information about further reports and news (newsletter), we process your email address for this purpose on the basis of a separate consent. Sign-up takes place via the double opt-in procedure (confirmation by email). You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by message to info@orange-hands.com; your other rights remain unaffected.
To send and manage these sign-ups we use the service Brevo (operated by Brevo, formerly Sendinblue; servers in the European Union), which processes the data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement and, in doing so, documents your consent together with its time.
This website uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and integrates no external tracking or analytics services (such as Google Analytics). Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties in the process.
For reach measurement we use only an aggregated visitor statistic from our hosting provider IONOS, which is generated from the server access data (log files). No additional cookies are set and no individual persons are identified.
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany; the servers are located in Germany. IONOS processes the server log files mentioned under section 2 on our behalf (data processing).
You have the right to access the data stored about you and to have it corrected, updated and deleted. You can also withdraw a consent you have given at any time and object to certain processing (Art. 8 Ley 1581 de 2012; Art. 15–21 GDPR). In Colombia you can turn to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
